Role Description The MIS Sales & Marketing role at Saralia Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and analyzing sales and marketing MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will coordinate with sales teams and distributors to collect accurate data, monitor targets, and track market activities. Daily tasks include supporting marketing campaigns, assisting in trade promotions and retail initiatives, and maintaining records on customer and outlet performance. The role also requires regular data-driven insights, support to management presentations, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency and market visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and preparing MIS dashboards using tools such as Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization.
• Sales and marketing acumen, with the ability to understand FMCG/ice cream market dynamics, channel sales, and promotional activities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, documentation, and record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and retail partners.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG or food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Comfort with field-level coordination when required, including store visits and market checks to validate data and gather insights.
