Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition) will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of Aska Equipments by managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Based in Delhi NCR, this position involves collaborating closely with department heads to identify talent needs and executing strategies to attract top-tier professionals. You will act as a bridge between the organizations growth objectives and the external talent market, ensuring that the company maintains a competitive edge by securing high-caliber individuals who align with our technical and cultural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles to ensure timely closing of manpower requirements across departments.
• Manage Mid level and leadership hiring mandates by identifying and engaging senior-level talent to drive strategic business objectives.
• Oversee vendor management by maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants to optimize sourcing channels and cost-efficiency.
• Facilitate stakeholder management by partnering with hiring managers and CXOs to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
• Lead campus hiring initiatives by building partnerships with top-tier institutes to secure a pipeline of fresh talent.
• Drive employer branding efforts to enhance the companys visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the industrial equipment sector.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and salary negotiations for various organisational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term relationships with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in utilising digital recruitment platforms and professional networks to source passive candidates effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent the company brand professionally during interactions with potential candidates.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Delhi NCR, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail.
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
