We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations and sales for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, driving business growth, and ensuring process excellence while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 810 Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales and disbursement targets.

• Drive branch-level business growth for Home Loan and LAP products.

• Oversee end-to-end HL/LAP processes, including sourcing, credit coordination, documentation, and disbursement.

• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and compliance with credit and regulatory norms.

• Develop local market strategies to enhance branch visibility and sourcing.

• Coach and mentor team members through regular reviews, training, and performance management.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational guidelines, and risk frameworks.

- Build strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of industry experience in Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Proven team handling experience with 810 Relationship Managers.

• Strong working knowledge of HL/LAP processes, credit policies, and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver targets in competitive market conditions.
