Hiring: Business Development Manager / Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services and Cloud Sales to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and existing account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and achieve sales targets
• Identify prospects and generate qualified leads
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Work with technology partners to support solution sales
• Manage sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports
• Stay updated on cloud, IT services, and technology trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Services or Consultative Sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably 5 Cr+ annual sales
• Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition
• Good understanding of Cloud Services, Hybrid IT, and technology solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with enterprise clients is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore as required

Good to Have:

Technical bachelor's degree, MBA, enterprise sales experience, and experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Databricks.
