Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Scope:
The Area Sales Manager will cultivate relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors, understand client needs, execute sales plans to meet revenue targets, collaborate with marketing on promotional activities, and monitor receivables to ensure timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the building materials industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, distributors, and contractors
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with project management and resource allocation
