Business Analyst

Responsibility

• Business requirements gathering, clarification & documentation
• System admin & configuration (both new features, continuous improvement & day-2-day maintenance)
• Reporting on performance of features delivered/ continuous improvement initiatives
• Documentation of systems/processes
• Change Management activities

• Defer to Senior BAs and Product Owners for decisions
• Engage internal stakeholders to execute on priorities/ decisions by senior BAs & Product Owners
