Job Description

Location

On-site - Noida, India

Employment Type

Full-time (6 working days)

Reporting To

Founder

Experience Required

Freshers with strong hands-on aptitude

(This is a hands-on mechanical/electrical infrastructure role (HVAC, electrical systems, fabrication) and not a software or desk-based engineering position.)

Qualification

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline preferred

Candidates with strong workshop/project experience will be prioritized

About the Role

We build whatever the company needs next.

One month you might design a conveyor system, the next automate a warehouse workflow, build an inspection rig, prototype an internal device, train a vision model for quality inspection, or redesign an operational process using mechanical and electrical systems.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving open-ended problems by building real systems. Youll work across mechanics, electronics, automation, fabrication, software tools, sensors, CAD, and rapid prototyping to turn ideas into working solutions.

This is not a maintenance or facilities role. It is a builders role where curiosity, experimentation, and execution matter more than staying within one engineering discipline.

We Value Engineers Who

  • Love building things more than talking about them.
  • Learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Enjoy solving problems from first principles.
  • Are comfortable working across mechanical, electrical and software domains.
  • Prototype fast instead of waiting for perfect information.
  • Can work with tools in the workshop as comfortably as CAD software.
  • Are naturally curious about how things work.
  • Take ownership from idea to execution.

What You Will Work On

  • Designing facility layouts and infrastructure systems using CAD tools (2D layouts, 3D models, system schematics)
  • Building and optimizing systems involving:
  • Heat transfer / thermal management
  • Electrical systems and power distribution
  • Mechanical motion and moving assemblies
  • Creating custom-built infrastructure, tools, and workstations tailored to operational needs
  • Developing end-to-end engineering solutions, from idea to physical deployment
  • Working on in-house product and device development, including prototyping and testing
  • Executing designs on-site, including installation, integration, and performance tuning

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate operational problems into engineered solutions with clear CAD designs and execution plans
  • Design floor layouts, system flows, and infrastructure models using tools like SolidWorks or similar
  • Build and test systems involving electrical loads, thermal behavior, and mechanical movement
  • Take complete ownership of projects from initial concept to final working system
  • Work hands-on with fabricators, vendors, and workshops to bring designs to life
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and system reliability across all implementations
  • Analyze and improve energy usage, system efficiency, and operational performance
  • Continuously iterate and improve systems based on real-world feedback
  • Maintain structured documentation of designs, prototypes, and system changes

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Sound understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, load management, and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of structural, mechanical, and system design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in engineering design and visualization using CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar)
  • Practical understanding of how physical systems function in real-world environments.
  • Ability to translate ideas into workable engineering solutions.
  • Comfort working in field environments and hands-on settings.
  • Awareness of safety, compliance, and engineering best practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a builder and creator approach.

Learning and Growth Opportunity

  • Opportunity to build real systems from scratch
  • Exposure to diverse engineering challenges
  • Direct involvement in research and practical innovation
  • Fast learning curve with real responsibility
  • Space to experiment and improve ideas
