Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation, including drafting agreements, deeds, and other documents.
- Oversee litigation matters related to LAP (Loan Against Property) cases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve legal issues and provide guidance on company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the NBFC industry.
- LLB - Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university.
- Strong expertise in legal drafting, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of handling complex legal cases related to mortgages and loans against property.
