Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Surendranagar. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and managing partnerships, and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets. Responsibilities include nurturing existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The selected candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to customers while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer and partner relationships
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience in retail, SME, or corporate insurance sales is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
