Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Advisor located in Jabalpur. The Home Loan Advisor will be responsible for consulting with customers to identify their home loan needs, guiding them through the loan application process, and providing advice and support to secure financing. Additional responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and performing loan underwriting and documentation reviews.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Loans, Underwriting, and Finance processes
• Proven ability in Customer Service and building excellent client relationships

• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant financial tools is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
