Job Description
As a Life Mitra, you will operate as an independent financial entrepreneur. Your primary role is to connect with individuals, understand their long-term financial goals, and recommend suitable SBI Life insurance solutions. This is a 100% commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential, flexible working hours, and the prestige of associating with Indias most trusted brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and build a network of potential clients through personal contacts, references, cold calling, and local community networking.
- Financial Advisory: Meet prospects to analyze their financial needs, retirement plans, child education goals, and health protection requirements.
- Product Recommendation: Explain and pitch relevant SBI Life insurance products (Savings, Protection, Investment, and Retirement plans).
- Relationship Management: Deliver excellent customer service, help clients complete documentation, and assist them during policy renewals or claims processing.
