Associate Purpose of the job: The position holder will be part of a global team identifying and resolving invoice errors, maintain special databases based on contracting and billing data. Tasks:Invoice management:analysis of invoicesresolve billing discrepancies with suppliers via phone or emailcarry out invoice audits identifying charge errors in excel or in house toolsupdate reports and send to customerContract administration:build excel based calculations based on contracts negotiated for customersparticipate effectively in internal and external communicationsOther ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager Expectations:Junior candidates are welcome!Experience in multinational environment is an advantageUniversity/College degree preferably in Finance/ Economics/ MathFluency in English is must, AND other language skills are an advantageExcellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must, MS Access knowledge is an advantage Skills, competencies:Ability to perform in a role where productivity and accuracy are of the highest importanceStrong analytical and logical skillsAble to manage routine tasksPrecise, has an attention to details and an excellent quality focusAbility to collaborate with internal and external parties within an international environment Rewards designed for youOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
