Job Summary:

- Responsible for overseeing all Indirect Taxation activities of the Company across the Head Office and

Branches.

- The role involves managing compliance, litigation, and advisory matters, leading a team of three members, and ensuring timely and accurate tax management.
Experience: 15-20 years
Qualification:

- Comprehensive experience in all aspects of Indirect Taxation, including implementation, compliance, litigation, and transaction advisory.

- Thorough understanding of the latest tax laws and regulatory updates.

- Proven ability to handle tax matters with agility and ensure timely closures.

- Experience in liaising with Government Tax Departments and related authorities.

- Strong professional network with tax advisors and consultants.

- Manage GST compliance and litigation for the Head Office and all branch locations.

- Oversee tax and financial compliance related to imports and exports.

- Identify and secure incentives or benefits from Government schemes across various avenues such as investments, exports, imports, local purchases, and both State and Central programs, including banks and financial institutions.

- Handle reporting requirements to relevant Government departments.

- Provide transaction advisory support to Sales, Purchase, Aftersales, and other business functions.

- Lead and anchor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives within Finance Department projects.
