We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives, manage recruitment processes, and help build strong talent pipelines across Scry AI. This role is critical in identifying and attracting the right talent to support business growth and operational success.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Scry AI, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure efficient and positive hiring experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is people-focused, organized, and capable of managing recruitment workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and networks
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability for open roles
• Coordinate initial assessments and interview processes

Recruitment Coordination & Process Management

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring records
• Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle

Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Provide updates and insights on hiring pipelines and candidate status
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

• Support initiatives to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Promote opportunities across relevant hiring channels

Reporting & Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment data and reports
• Support process improvement initiatives within hiring workflows
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and standards

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidate profiles and coordinate hiring processes
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
