Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher) US Staffing

Night Shift from office

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US Staffing Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients (direct clients / MSP / VMS)
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to fulfill positions
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Basic understanding of sales and business development
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (BBA, MBA, or any graduate(IT Domain))

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
