• About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiasticHR Internto support our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in theend-to-end recruitment process(job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
• Maintain and updatecandidate databases and HR records
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
• Supporton boarding and documentationof new employees
• Assist in maintainingattendance and leave records
• Help organiseemployee engagement activities
• Provide support inday-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding ofHR processes and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency inMS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or recently completedBBA / MBA (HR) or related field
• Freshers are welcome
• Immediate joiners preferred
