Were Hiring: Sales Analyst Lead (Zoho CRM Expert)
Were looking for a highly driven Sales Analyst Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our sales strategy through data, insights, and leadership.
- Role: Sales Analyst Lead
- Experience: 4–5+ years
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales analytics to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Own and optimize Zoho CRM processes, workflows, and reporting
- Analyse sales performance, pipeline trends, and forecasting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion rates and efficiency
- Build dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
- Mentor and guide junior analysts / team members
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics / Business Analytics
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM (mandatory)
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with reporting tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.) is a plus
