Treasury And Accounting Operations Analyst

The Treasury and Accounting Operations Analyst shall be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, treasury coordination, banking activities, reconciliations and finance operational support for GCC / managed services clients supported by Embark.
The role requires hands-on involvement in accounting operations, banking coordination, cash flow tracking, reconciliations and finance process execution while ensuring adherence to established governance and control frameworks.

The individual will work closely with client stakeholders, internal finance teams, banking partners and managed services teams to ensure smooth finance operations and reporting readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations

· Record accounting entries in ERP/accounting systems - Zoho Books or other accounting platforms.

· Process journal entries, accruals, provisions and accounting adjustments.

· Maintain general ledger integrity and accounting schedules.

· Support month-end and year-end close activities.

· Maintain accounting support documentation and finance records.

Treasury & Banking Operations

· Coordinate operational banking activities and payment processing workflows.

· Monitor bank balances, fund movements and treasury operations.

· Support vendor payments, employee reimbursements and operational payouts.

· Coordinate with banking partners for operational treasury requirements.

· Perform bank reconciliations and identify unreconciled items.

· Maintain treasury trackers and cash movement schedules.

Requirements
Qualifications&Skills

2 - 5 years of experience in accounting operations.

· Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance or Accounting.

· CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.

· Familiarity with treasury operations and banking workflows.

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and operational finance processes.

· Experience managing multi-bank environments.

Ability to manage multiple operational finance activities simultaneously.

Technical Skills

· Zoho Books

· Microsoft Excel

· Accounting, Banking and treasury workflow familiarity

· MIS support exposure preferred
