Product Manager, IT Service Management

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of the IT Service Management (ITSM) product team, shaping the future of our service management platform.

What you will do: Work with engineers, designers, and sales to define and deliver innovative ITSM solutions.

Key responsibility:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned ITSM features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Develop and manage detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with sales and marketing to launch and promote new products.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in product management or a related field. Experience with ITSM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
