Group Advisory Leader - PCG

We are looking for a senior Group Advisory Leader PCG to lead and grow the PCG advisory business. This is a Non-Playing Captain role focused on team leadership, business growth and client portfolio expansion. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 810 members and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 8 - 10 PCG professionals.
• Drive overall business growth and revenue through the team.
• Bring an existing team of 8 - 10 members with a proven business track record.
• Facilitate migration of a minimum 50% of the candidate's existing client base.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with HNI & UHNI clients.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and servicing through the team.
• Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.
• Guide the team on Cash, Derivatives, Options and Trading products.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Profile:

• 15 -20 years of relevant experience in PCG, Wealth Management, Broking or Capital Markets.
• Strong experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of Cash, Derivatives, Options and Trading.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large PCG/advisory teams.
• Should be able to bring an existing team of 810 members.
• Ability to migrate a minimum 50% of the existing client base.
• Strong business leadership, relationship management and team-building skills.
