SERVPRO Team JRF | Salem, MA | Full-time

Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 base salary plus performance bonus. Expected total compensation is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.

About Us

SERVPRO Team JRF runs nine SERVPRO franchises across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. When a property has fire, water, or mold damage, or needs large-loss cleanup, our crews handle the mitigation and the rebuild. Our Salem office covers the North Shore and greater Boston market.

The role

This job is about making sure were the first call when something goes wrong. Youll build and manage relationships with commercial property clients, municipal and public-sector clients, and the referral partners who send us work, including insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, and property managers. Youll work closely with our production and estimating teams so the work you bring in goes well and leads to more.

What Youll Do

• Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and operators in healthcare, education, hospitality, and multi-family housing
• Develop municipal and public-sector accounts, including cities and towns, school districts, housing authorities, and public facilities, and help us get onto vendor lists and through procurement processes
• Grow a referral network of insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, HVAC and roofing contractors, and other centers of influence
• Get commercial accounts onto Master Service Agreements and preferred vendor programs, and support our One SERVPRO national account relationships at the local level
• Set up and deliver Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for commercial and municipal clients
• Keep a full calendar of in-person meetings, site visits, lunch-and-learns, CE classes for insurance agents, and industry events such as IFMA, BOMA, IREM, MMA, and local insurance associations
• Track activity, pipeline, and referral sources in our CRM, and report results to [Reports To]
• Follow up on completed jobs so clients and partners come back and refer others

What were looking for

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales, account management, or business development
• Comfortable cold calling, walking into buildings and town halls, and asking for the business
• Able to manage several types of accounts and a full pipeline without being chased
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check

• Experience selling to commercial property, facilities management, or municipal clients
• Familiarity with public procurement, bid processes, or vendor registration
• Background in restoration, construction, insurance, or another trade that serves property owners
• An existing network in the North Shore or greater Boston market
• IICRC certification, or willingness to get one

• $75,000 to $80,000 base salary plus performance bonus, with expected total compensation of $70,000 to $100,000
