Job Summary:
- 1. Welcome guests, handle check-in/checkout processes.
- 2. Maintains good guest relations.
- 3. To greet and talk to guests / Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- 4. Ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience, acting as a key point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns
- 5. Coordinates with all depts. to maintain Front Office functions
- 6. Supervising and guiding the front office team
- 7. Checking Reg. Cards of arriving guests / Check In / Check Out
- 8. Knowledge of IDS Software (used for check In/Out systems)
- 9. Supervising and guiding the front office team and coordinating the team's work schedules.
Candidate Profile - Candidate should be from Hotel OR Restaurant Industry Only.
