MIS Executive - Advanced Excel (FMCG)- Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities MIS Executive (Excel Expert)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, production, dispatch, and inventory of water gallons.
  
• Maintain and analyze data of customers, distributors, and dealers to identify trends and insights.
  
• Track sales performance, including route-wise and area-wise reporting.
  
• Create dashboards and analytical reports using advanced Excel features such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  
• Maintain records of orders, deliveries, returns, and collections.
  
• Provide actionable insights and reports to management to support decision-making.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all MIS deliverables.
  

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and MIS dashboards.
  
• Experience in FMCG, water, or beverage industry preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to handle large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
  

6 days working. All Sundays off.
