Job Description

As a Field HR/Trainer at Shadowfax, you will be responsible for conducting hub audits and reports, providing training to the last-mile workforce, traveling to multiple hub locations during the day as required, maintaining audit and training records, and identifying and supporting in bridging hub performance gaps.

You should possess a graduation qualification, have a 2-wheeler for travel purposes, exhibit a go-getter mindset, be a quick learner, and have 0-2 years of experience in the HR and training field. Immediate joiners are preferred with a notice period of up to 15-30 days. The salary offered for this position is up to 3.8 Lakhs per year.
