Mechanical Foreman

We are looking for a Mechanical Foreman supervises and coordinates mechanical teams, ensuring safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, systems, and processes, while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

• Directly supervise and lead mechanical staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Address employee issues and conflicts, and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, systems, and components.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and coordinate repairs with the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.
• Provide safety training to staff and ensure they follow proper safety procedures.
