Job Description
Identify, prospect, and meet potential clients to sell life, health, motor, and general insurance products.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, references, and local marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business.
Conduct need-based assessments and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth policy issuance and after-sales service.
Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and closures to the manager.
