About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our banca channel team. The role focuses on selling insurance products through partnered bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff, and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of life, health, and general insurance products through assigned bank branches.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads.


• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank teams.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in banca/BFSI channels.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Knowledge of insurance products and IRDAI regulations.


• Bachelors degree preferred.
