About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to grow our business through the banca channel. You will work closely with partner bank branches, leveraging their customer base to offer tailored insurance solutions that protect and empower clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Sell life, health, and general insurance products through assigned bank branches.


• Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with bank staff to generate consistent leads.


• Customer Engagement: Understand client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.


• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.


• Training & Support: Conduct product briefings and training for bank teams to boost sales effectiveness.


• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in banca/BFSI channels.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Knowledge of insurance products and IRDAI guidelines.


• Bachelors degree preferred.
