Program Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Noida, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder management and proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and management. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 14,00,000. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


• 
  Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and report on project status to stakeholders.


• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.


• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.


• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes.


• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in program or project management.
