Key Accounts Executive -On Contract

Account Management 

• Manage 50+ high-value seller accounts as the primary contact.
• Build strong relationships with founders and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify seller needs and growth opportunities.
• Track account performance (shipment volume, SOW, RTO%, NPS) and drive retention.

Seller Reactivation & Retention

• Reactivate dormant and churned seller accounts on a monthly basis.
• Analyze churn reasons and create retention plans with internal teams.
• Ensure continuous engagement and growth of reactivated accounts.

Cross-Sell & Upsell Growth

• Identify opportunities to promote additional Shiprocket solutions such as Checkout, Engage, Hyperlocal Delivery, and VAS.
• Achieve monthly cross-sell and upsell targets.
• Drive product adoption and smooth onboarding.

Escalation & Stakeholder Management

• Handle seller concerns related to operations and service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure proper escalation tracking and closure.

Commercial & Business Growth

• Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and rate cards.
• Support pricing approvals through business case analysis.
• Drive shipment growth, account profitability, and collections.
