Company Description

Shiv Shambhu Hotel N Resorts is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage complete accounting and financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Role Description

• Maintain complete books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and cash/bank records
  
• Handle daily accounting activities such as billing, receipts, payments, and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances including timely filing of returns
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and guest ledger balances
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability of hotel operations
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities during audits and assessments
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• Minimum 25 years of relevant accounting experience (hotel or hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and accounting standards
• Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and reporting
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
