Junior Recruiter (Hospitality)

Role Description: This is a pure Talent acquisition profile wherein the person will be responsible to manage the entire life cycle of Soft Line Staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the stakeholders
• Screening applications,
• Conducting preliminary interviews,
• Interview scheduling with the interview panel
• Offer negotiation
• Preboarding
• Preparing Recruitment related MIS
• Fulfilling the requirement within the given TAT

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in Recruitment
• Experience on MS Office
• Knowledge on Recruitment portals as well as social media recruitment
• Knowledge or Interest in Employer Branding will be a plus
