Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager - to lead brand visibility initiatives through events, public relations, and influencer collaborations.
• The role will also focus on building and managing top management personal branding while ensuring measurable ROI from marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage corporate events, PR campaigns, and influencer marketing initiatives
• Develop and manage top management profile branding across relevant platforms
• Coordinate with PR agencies, event partners, influencers, and vendors
• Manage end-to-end event execution including budgeting, logistics, and promotions
• Track, measure, and report ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated marketing efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution
• 3-5 years of experience in events, PR, or influencer marketing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Proven experience in event planning and execution
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing campaigns
• Strong vendor and agency management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with experience in ROI measurement
