Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Counsel the students, Parents and Guardians by providing the information regarding admissions or enrollment process, application deadlines or other procedures
- Manage & convert leads to applications for versatile courses
- Handle student walk-ins, inbound queries and calling on the leads
- Attain complete understanding of students eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Course/ Programs
- Effectively address the queries regarding Admissions & provide comprehensive information with end-to-end solution
- Follow up with the potential candidates in terms of application filling, fee payment
- and ensure effective closure
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the student
- Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, referrals and from other sources
- Database management & MIS reports generation
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Candidates with relevant experience in Education Industry(admissions process) is preferred
