Job Description
- As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and identify potential customers using cold calling and other sales techniques. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business while meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis. Providing excellent customer service and support, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with the sales team are key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills, effective multitasking and task prioritization, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software are also required.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. Health insurance coverage is provided as a benefit, and the work schedule includes day shifts with performance and yearly bonuses available. The educational requirement for this role is a minimum of Secondary (10th Pass), and proficiency in English is mandatory.
The work location for this position is in person, and you will be expected to contribute towards achieving overall sales goals while delivering exceptional service to customers.,
