Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager (BM) at Shriram Finance Limited in Burdwan, Arambagh, Katwa, Mogra, Memari. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing and implementing business strategies, handling customer inquiries, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be involved in loan processing and approvals, risk management, and staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch management, business strategy development, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of credit solutions, loan processing, and financial transactions
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Experience in staff training and development
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
