Branch Product Head

Job Summary:

Shriram Finance Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Product Head Two Wheeler Loan to drive business growth and manage the Two Wheeler Finance portfolio at the branch level in Bhavnagar. The role involves leading a team of business executives, developing dealer relationships, increasing loan disbursements, and achieving monthly and annual business targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and achieve branch targets for the assigned product.
• Lead, train, and monitor Business Executives / Sales Team working on the product.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and local partners.
• Ensure smooth loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain asset quality and collections.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for branch management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 37 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
• Experience in any one product: Two-Wheeler Finance / Gold Loan / Business Loan preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication, sales, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
