Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Manager located in Mathura. As a Senior Business Manager, you will develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals, lead a team of professionals, and drive sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for client relationship management, market analysis, and implementing innovative solutions that align with the companys mission of providing affordable and high-quality insurance solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Experience in sales and business development, with a record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven strategies for growth
- Knowledge of the insurance sector or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in operational management and optimizing business efficiency
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
