Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Sales Trainer, you will work closely with Business and external stakeholders, including Channel partners, and influences. You will diagnose the training requirements of the above stakeholders, develop the content as necessary, and deliver the required modules on Product, Process, Soft Skills, and other associated business parameters such as schemes. It is essential to travel extensively across the responsible geographical boundary. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of the team and re-evaluate training requirements on a periodical basis as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business and external stakeholders, including Channel partners, to diagnose training requirements
- Develop training content on Product, Process, Soft Skills, and other associated business parameters
- Deliver the required training modules to the stakeholders
- Travel extensively across the responsible geographical boundary
- Monitor the performance of the team
- Re-evaluate training requirements periodically
Qualifications Required:

- Previous experience in sales training or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose training needs and develop relevant content
- Willingness to travel extensively for work
