Job Description
- The Web Consultant will be responsible for interacting with Business Owners via phone and email to provide information about the organization's services. It involves overseeing the sales process, collaborating with senior team members to identify and manage risks, maintaining positive client relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum educational qualification of H.S. Pass and above, with English Medium Schooling being mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English are required. Candidates who are able to join immediately or with a short notice period will be given preference.
The position offers fixed shift timings from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with Saturdays and Sundays off. Salary will be provided on time, and morning drop facilities will be available for employees.
In addition to the base salary, the position also includes benefits such as commuter assistance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule follows US shift timings, with night shifts being a requirement. The work location is in person.
