– Digital Sales Executive
(B2B SaaS | BFSI | FinTech)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 4–6 years

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Digital Sales Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle across Enterprise and BFSI segments.
The role will focus on acquiring new customers across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurers, Lenders, and digital-first businesses, from lead qualification and product demonstrations through negotiation and closure.
The candidate will be responsible for selling Signzy’s KYC, KYB, AML, Fraud Prevention, Underwriting, Video KYC, e-Sign, and other solutions, while building a strong new-logo pipeline across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities across BFSI, FinTech, Insurance, Lending, and regulated digital businesses.
● Qualify leads, understand business requirements, pitch solutions, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate, and close deals.
● Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and revenue.
● Conduct digital product demos through platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
● Tailor Signzy’s pitch based on the customer’s industry, use case, size, and compliance requirements.
● Sell across Signzy’s complete product suite.
● Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams to develop client-specific solutions.
● Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to close contracts and commercials.
● Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene.
● Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
● Stay updated on KYC, AML, RegTech, FinTech, and regulatory developments.
● Represent Signzy at webinars and client meetings.
Ideal Candidate
● 4–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Digital Sales, or Business Development.
● SaaS sales experience is preferred.
● Experience in RegTech, FinTech, BFSI, Lending, Payments, KYC, or AML is strongly preferred.
● Strong hunter mindset with a focus on new-logo acquisition.
● Proven experience in outbound sales and full-cycle selling.
● Comfortable selling to both Enterprise accounts and SMB/Startup customers.
● Good understanding of the BFSI and FinTech ecosystem.
● Ability to confidently engage with Business, Product, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.
● Strong digital selling and product demonstration skills.
● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Digital Sales Skills
● Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.
● Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing tools.
● Ability to use sales automation and workflow tools for:
- Lead scoring
- Outreach sequencing
- Follow-ups
- Pipeline tracking
- Reporting
● Should be comfortable leveraging technology to scale sales productivity rather than relying entirely on manual processes.
Education & Other Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree required.
● MBA is a plus.
● Self-starter with a high level of ownership.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Strong ability to independently manage multiple opportunities.
