Job Description
- Track project, sprint, feature, and release timelines.
- Maintain project trackers, sprint trackers, dashboards, and action-item trackers.
- Monitor progress against planned timelines and highlight deviations.
- Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and blockers (RAID).
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closure of action items.
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release discussions, and project meetings.
- Track feature readiness across different stages of the SDLC.
- Monitor dependencies between Product, Development, QA, vendors, and other teams.
- Prepare and circulate regular project/sprint status reports.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and timeline concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Support planning and tracking of multiple projects/releases simultaneously.
- Review PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, edge cases, and dependencies before development/testing.
- Prepare and review test scenarios and detailed test cases.
- Execute and coordinate functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Validate UI, API responses, business rules, validations, and end-to-end workflows.
- Log detailed defects in JIRA with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, severity, and supporting evidence.
- Track defects through the complete lifecycle and coordinate with Development/Product teams for resolution.
- Perform defect retesting and regression after fixes.
- Validate fixes across relevant environments.
- Monitor QA progress and identify testing risks or gaps.
- Maintain QA metrics such as test execution status, defect status, open blockers, and release readiness.
- Support production issue investigation and RCA activities.
- Ensure adequate regression coverage before releases.
- Coordinate QA activities for planned releases.
- Track feature readiness across Development, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
- Ensure required QA activities and documentation are completed before release.
- Track test execution, open defects, blockers, and pending dependencies before release.
- Coordinate QA sign-off/release readiness with relevant stakeholders.
- Support production deployment validation and post-release verification.
- Track production issues and ensure appropriate RCA and closure.
- Maintain release documentation, test reports, and sign-off records.
- Identify gaps in existing QA and project execution processes.
- Recommend improvements to testing, tracking, documentation, and release processes.
- Ensure standard QA and PMO processes are followed across projects.
- Identify recurring defects, process gaps, and quality risks.
- Contribute to improving test coverage and release quality.
- Help establish and maintain project and QA metrics.
- Support implementation of quality gates and production-readiness checks.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA, PMO, Project Coordination, or a combination of these.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and software delivery lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing.
- Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of JIRA and project/task tracking.
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
- Good understanding of defect lifecycle and release management.
- Ability to review requirements and identify gaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, features, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of SQL/MongoDB.
