Job description: Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
About The Gig
The Manager / Senior Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overall financial management, compliance, reporting, and audit management. The role will ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial records while supporting business decision making.
What Youll Do

• Review and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure overall General Ledger review, account reconciliations, and financial accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actual expense analysis, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Supervise and guide Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable , Taxation, and Accounting teams.
• Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax compliances, filings, assessments, and notices.
• Lead and ensure successful completion of all audits, including Statutory Audit,Tax Audit, GST Audit
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for audit and compliance requirements.
• Strengthen processes, controls, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Support leadership with financial insights, risk assessment, and business decision support.
  

What You Bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; additional finance qualifications will be an advantage.
• 6-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, EV, or high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end finance operations and leading finance teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred.
