Role Description The International Sales Specialist (IC Role) Night Shift is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the specialist manages end-to-end international sales cycles, including lead qualification, product presentation, and closing opportunities with prospective learners and corporate clients. The position involves engaging with global prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, understanding their learning and upskilling needs, and recommending suitable Simplilearn programs. The specialist collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a high-quality customer experience, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and meeting defined sales targets. Daily responsibilities also include market research, building long-term client relationships, and providing timely follow-ups to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales maximum 3yrs
• Immediate Joiners preferred
• Candidate should based in Bangalore
• Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills, with experience managing global customer accounts or markets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of International Trade practices and cross-border business norms relevant to education or services.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and learner satisfaction.
• Experience in edtech, online learning, or professional training sales is beneficial.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office or productivity software is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work to defined targets, adapt to changing market requirements, and collaborate with diverse, international stakeholders is important.
