Role Summary:

The individual will be responsible for converting business inputs into meaningful financial insights and models by leveraging strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. The person will also play a key role in supporting the GCC during the transition and migration of finance processes, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 10+ years in Finance/Business Analysis
  • Mandatory GCC exposure, Big 4 or similar consulting experience preferred
  • Transition/migration experience is an advantage
• Finance Skills:
  • Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Ability to convert business inputs into numbers
  • Advanced Excel for modelling and scenario building
• Communication & Stakeholder Skills:
  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Experience presenting to leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong PowerPoint story-boarding and executive-level presentations
• Business & Analytical Strengths:
  • Understanding of GCC cost structures, business cases, savings modelling, and risk/impact identification.
• Personality & Work-style:

  • Likeable, collaborative, detail-oriented, strong ownership, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
