Job Description
- You are a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You will use your excellent communication skills and passion for sales to excel in our supportive, high-energy environment.
Your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients via various channels, qualifying leads, maintaining product knowledge, building client relationships, preparing quotes and proposals, and achieving sales targets. You will also manage the CRM system, collaborate with other teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing. Strong communication skills, confidence, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office are essential. Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is required.
