Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and explaining software features.
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for customer feedback.
- Help prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in software/IT sales and customer interaction.
- Basic understanding of software products and technology.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in handling customer queries.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to core sales concepts through coursework or internships
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
