Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales operations, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure smooth customer service interactions. Responsibilities include processing and tracking orders, communicating with customers and distributors, handling inquiries, and assisting with various sales activities. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales-related activities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role based in Mumbai
• Bachelors degree in Chemistry/Biology/Zoology, or a related field
