Job Purpose

To acquire new customers and sell banking products while maintaining good customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Sell banking products such as:
• Savings Accounts
• Current Accounts
• Fixed Deposits (FDs)
• Recurring Deposits (RDs)
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Personal Loans
• Insurance Products
• Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with account opening and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic banking and financial knowledge.

• MS Office and computer skills.

• Graduation in any stream.
