Position: Trade Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients for trade finance products and services.
• Acquire new customers through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
• Handle trade finance products such as Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), Working Capital, and Forex services.
• Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

• Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Trade Finance, Banking, or NBFC sales.
• Strong knowledge of trade products and corporate banking services.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate business and manage client portfolios independently.
• Experience in handling SME/MSME or corporate clients preferred.
